Weird

You do remember this plant, don't you? Now, the blooms are open.

And still: What's with this thing?

I still think it looks too weird.

Sorry, but I do. This is NOT the kind of flower that I like.

I like delicate flowers. Perfumed flowers. Gentle flowers.

This thing got so heavy that I had to find a way to support it. An old marshmellow two-prong skewer was what I could find in the garage. Did you notice it on the picture above?

There. Now you can see it. You thought I was kidding, didn't you?

Poor thing. Next year, I think we are going to plant it in a huge container. And, do you want to bet it will produce a normal size flower?

Something is wrong here.

Love ya!

It does seem unnaturally large, the flowers are beautiful though! Must be the kind you bought or maybe what you feed it, or maybe something in the water? LOL! It does look like it came out of the "Little Shop" where the plant says, "feed me!"

Now the question has to be asked - why keep this plant if you don't actually like it? You're sure going to a lot of trouble to keep it alive and healthy!

Maybe you have a friend who would love it?!

I think you secretly adore this plant -- haha! Come on, admit it!

Hope you are having a wonderful Sunday, my friend! :)

It is very nice of you to keep the plant when you really don't like it. And is that an Earth Stove you have there? Nancy told me I have one. Have a nice day.

They are weird enough plants, but yours seems taller than most. Yes, I saw the prop... :)

maybe you should stick it behind a couch or something so just the bloom is visible. ;o)

Hi Mariam. Wow, you're plant got huge. It's pretty though. I agree with Sharon, it looks like the one on little shop of horrors. "Feed me!" LOL> I actually saw that play.
