Before - The blackberry patch was still full of dried leaves and straw. Mulch for the winter.
The canvas on the side was used to transport the mess to the compost pile.

Oh, don't you look nice now? All clean and fluffed up with the good dirt from my friend, the lady that raises earth worms?
We are going to have blackberry jam and syrup this year. Yummy!
